Just Better · the AI team for people who work with clients
AI colleagues you can hand real work to. They read your email, calendar and client notes, prepare drafts, quotes and reports, and come back to you only when they need your approval.
From the chat, from Telegram or with a voice message. Each bot has its own role, carries the work from start to finish, remembers how you work and stops when it needs your approval.
Write in the team chat: Chief of Staff works out who should handle it and passes the job on. When the work grows, add a bot. You create it in a minute and pick its shape and colour.

The morning summary at 7:30, the Monday report, the hourly website check. Set the time once and the team sticks to it.
The Curator writes decisions and conversations into the client notes of your Obsidian vault. Next month the bots pick up from there, with nothing to explain again.
Emails, invitations, payments and every action towards the outside world wait for your approval, from Telegram too. You decide the automatic rules, one by one.
Routes and sums up. Takes requests from the team chat and Telegram, passes them to the right bot and every evening tells you only what matters.
Calendar and deadlines. Reads your calendar, suggests times, prepares invitations and reminds you of deadlines before they become urgent.
Email under control. Sorts incoming mail, sums up long threads and drafts replies in your style. It sends them only with your OK.
Quotes in minutes. Starts from your price list and the client's note, prepares the quote in Word and keeps it ready to send.
Campaigns under control. Reads Google Ads and Meta Ads, compares them with the previous month and writes the client report in plain language.
Posts from strategy to delivery. Strategist, Copywriter, Visual and Reviewer work in sequence: content plan, copy, images and final check.
Websites and services watched. Checks that your clients' websites, certificates and services are up, and warns you before they notice.
The team's memory. Records decisions, voice messages and chats in the client notes of your Obsidian vault. It's the only one that writes there.
Code with Claude Code. Hand over changes to your projects: Claude Code works on your computer and delivers a pull request for you to review.
Each client has its own space: bots, chats, files and keys are never visible from one space to another.
Credentials for connected services are encrypted in the database and the bots never see them.
The application and the database run on Italian hosting. No data is used to train models.
Every login, approval and cost is recorded. You can always see what the team did and what it cost.
No. You write to your bots in plain language, like to a colleague. You create a new bot by picking a name, shape and colour, or ask WorkBot Egg to design it for you.
No, unless you decide so. Every action towards the outside world lands in Approvals with the exact text: you approve, edit or reject it. You set the automatic approval rules yourself.
Anthropic's Claude models for the bots' work and OpenAI transcription for voice messages. For coding work there's Claude Code on your computer.
Yes: the interface works on phones, there is a Telegram bot to write and approve, and you can talk to the team from Claude and ChatGPT too.
From 49 € a month (Solo plan), VAT excluded, with 20 $ of model usage included; there is also the Managed plan («Gestito»), where we set everything up for you, and one for agencies. All prices are in the user guide. The monthly budget stops the bots at the cap you choose.
Everything is in the user guide, with screenshots of the app. The app itself is in Italian for now.
